MP Series Mud Pump

MP Series Mud Pump are horizontal triplex single action piston pumps. The pumps are used in the fields to circulate well fluid in the process of drilling deep or ultra deep wells, scour well bottom, transport rock particles, cool and lubricate drilling bits, secure well walls, work with high pressure spray drilling bits to crash rocks in order to speed up drilling process. The pumps also deliver drilling fluid to drive drill pies located at the hole bottom.

Our mud pumps have sophisticated structure, small volume, reliable operation and simple-to-maintain characteristics. Parts and components have full interchangeability.

The pumps have power end and fluid end. The power end is composed of power frame, pinion shaft, crankshaft, crosshead, and eccentric strap. The fluid end is composed of cylinder assembly, valve assemblies, liners, pistons and inlet-outlet manifolds.

We install suction and discharge pulsation dampner at the inlet and outlet manifold flanges to prevent air blocking and diminish discharge pressure change.

On the other discharge port, a high pressure sheer relief valve is installed to ensure the pump to operate within rated working pressure.

Every mud pump is designed to have a centrifugal injection pump 150NZ3 at the sunction port to prevent air blocking at low pressure.

Connections in fluid end, between liner retainer and liner flange, liner flange and cover, valve cover and fluid end cylinder, all adopt sawtooth thread mechanism to secure the assembly.

We provide a set of tools with every pump for your daily maintenance.

Mud Pump normal operation is decisive for the drilling operation, and drilling operators are responsible to operate mud pumps as instructed.

Before start up MP Mud Pumps, the operators should have essential pump knowledge and operation experience, and are basically familiar with the operator's manual.
