•Application:

After Jackup Rig finishes well drilling, pile shoes shall be pulled out for moving the pile leg. Mud around pile shoe shall be flushed off by using high-pressure seawater, so as to facilitate pile pulling. Jetting hose is high-pressure flexible connection between main deck of platform and seawater pipe line among pile legs.

•Hose structure:

Inner Rubber: Synthetic rubber mainly consisting of nitrile rubber which is oil resistant, seawater resistant, high temperature resistant and ageing resistant.

Reinforced Layer: High-intensity steel wire

Outer rubber: Synthetic rubber mainly consisting of chloroprene rubber which is anti-flaming, wear resistant, oil resistant, ozone & ageing resistant and UV light, applicable to marine environment.

•Temperature range: -30℃ to +100℃.
